I went in this morning to make a deposit and open an account. Everyone there was very courteous and went out of their way to assist me. I've read other reviews about differing branches across the country and many of them have been negative. If you're looking for "your friendly neighborhood" banking experience look no further than Wells Fargo at Southern Shores, NC. The store manager went out of his way to help me in opening my accounts, as there were some unexpected glitches that arose. I'm so glad I chose this as my new neighborhood bank. I've banked with Wells Fargo in the past and had nothing but pleasant experiences then as well.
