Awesome staff! I was completely stumped trying to shop online - so I went in just to check out the phones and they made it so simple and explained everything so I could understand it. I highly recommend talking to someone in person.
Avoid at all cost. My phone mysteriously turned off on vacation so we went to this store. Some lady looked at it for 10 seconds and said I can tell it is completely broken. She then tried to explain the costs of the new phone vs the old phone but kept talking to the guy next to her in the middle of the conversation. After we got frustrated she gave us to someone else in the store who had worked there for less than a month. After we decided to leave and worry about the phone at home, it began working again. Terrible would be an overstatement!!
Second problem - because of their delay, delivery conflicted with a planned surgery for my wife.
First problem - They kept putting us off on delivery. Phones finally came in two weeks after promised delivery date.
These people only seem to care about their commissions. Not our satisfaction.
We bought a new iPhone and iPad, which they were happy to sell to us, we wanted a keyboard for the iPad, they had none in stock so they had one shipped to our home. It was totally wrong for the iPad we purchased, we have tried to contact the manager repeatedly to obtain a refund and return label to ship back to them but the manager is way too busy to offer any customer service. I will post everyday until I get a response.
Third problem - sales girl became snippy with us on the phone and insinuated that my wife's medical problems were the problem - not their delays - and kept telling us they had to re-order.
Very great service had to spend a good chunk of time here and Chelsea was so helpful to us
